• Rinse thoroughly with clean water after washing.
• Do not rub, wring, twist, squeeze, or scrub the fabric.
• Hang to dry in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight.
• Do not iron, tumble dry, or dry clean.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects that may damage the conductive silver fibers.
Returns
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt and before the garment has been washed or worn.

Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, all intimate items are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds on intimate products are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receiving your order and before the product has been washed or used. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can assess your claim.
For non-intimate items, such as shirts, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged through normal use are not eligible for return or refund.
