We want you to love what you buy. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of certain products, reusable pads and underwear are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with Canadian health and hygiene standards.
2. Returnable Items
We accept returns on non-intimate items such as fabric, socks, scarves, hats, bags, and scrunchies, provided:
The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
Items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Items are returned in a condition safe for resale (original packaging is not required, but packaging must not be damaged in transit)
You notify us before returning and receive confirmation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect (e.g. missing button or poor stitching) before washing or using it, please contact us at wrl@whiteroselinen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Items that have been washed, worn, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed:
Back to the original method of payment, or
Issued as store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

I honestly never thought I would go back to pads but im so glad I found white rose linen and did.
I spent years wondering why I always had a smell when wear tampons and I aways had the jitters when wearing one. Not including changing to a new one like 10+ times a day. Now I dont smell and my periods went from lasting almost an entire week to only 3-4 days.
I personally love these 15" ones because they cover everything and absorb tons.

Sooo glad I made the switch. I bought in a few sizes but the 15in has been perfect for my really heavy days. I really appreciate that my flow is absorbed and distributed evenly. With other reusable cloth pads, everything would pool in the center so paying more for larger/longer sizes was never worth it, but not with these! Also excellent customer service when I had an issue. I am in the US and was able to purchase these with HSA funds. So glad to have found Catherine and her line.
I finally decided to try these cloth pads and I love them. I should have tried them sooner. They absorbed everything very well. There was none of my usual pain and discomfort, no leaking and no sliding of the pad. I used the recommended soak in salt water before washing them and the blood and stains came right out. I would highly recommend these and I'll certainly be back for more as I need them.
If you've eyed these don't wait! They are amazing postpartum and for everyday use! As someone who has suffered with uncontrollable menstruation, these have made a huge impact. No more burning, itching, improved flow and cycle length, no cramping, and so easy to care for!
Plus I never have to worry about running out of pads!
