Linen Absorbency Booster for Cloth Pads & Diapers
Linen Absorbency Booster for Cloth Pads & Diapers
Linen Absorbency Booster for Cloth Pads & Diapers This booster grew out of trying something new, and I’m excited by how many ways you can use it.
Pair it with a cloth pad you already own when you want extra absorbency, cushioning, and a linen layer against your skin.
It works with White Rose Linen pads, including my 15 inch and 17 inch night pads, but you don’t need to own one of my pads to use it.
Lay the booster flat for wider coverage or fold it lengthwise for more layers through the centre.
Folded lengthwise, the booster brings two layers of its hospital grade absorbent core and cotton flannel into the centre of your pad.
Paired with a White Rose Linen night pad, it adds substantial absorbency and cushioning for heavier flow.
You can also use two boosters together. Fold about a third of each one, then tuck the folded sections into each other to create a wider, thicker layer.
They can be used as inserts with existing cloth diapers, too. And there are plenty of uses beyond pads and diapers.
Set one beside the sink as a drying mat, lay one down during a diaper change to catch small messes, or use one as a fridge liner to catch drips.
When it needs cleaning, simply throw it in the wash. Each booster measures approximately 8 × 14 inches (20 × 36 cm).
It has undyed linen on one side and printed linen on the other, with a hospital grade absorbent core and cotton flannel inside.
It’s absorbent, but it does not have a leakproof layer, so use it with a pad or diaper cover when you need that protection.
Linen absorbency boosters are $24 CAD each (approximately $17.15 USD), or $44 CAD for two (approximately $31.44 USD), $66 CAD for three (approximately $47.16 USD), $88 CAD for four (approximately $62.89 USD), and $105 CAD for five (approximately $75.03 USD). U.S. prices may vary slightly with the exchange rate at checkout.
I love how much can come from trying something new.
