1. Hygiene & Final Sale Notice
Because baby bibs are worn close to a child’s skin and mouth, used or washed bibs cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please ensure you review sizing, measurements, and product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns on unused baby bibs provided that:

A return request is made within 30 days of delivery

The bib has not been used, washed, or worn

The item is in clean, resalable condition

You contact us first and receive return approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your bib arrives with a manufacturing defect (for example a faulty snap or stitching issue), please email wrl@whiteroselinen.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

Refund
Items that have been washed or used are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
