We want you to love what you buy. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate nature of certain products, reusable pads and underwear are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with Canadian health and hygiene standards.
2. Returnable Items
We accept returns on non-intimate items such as fabric, socks, scarves, hats, bags, and scrunchies, provided:

The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

Items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Items are returned in a condition safe for resale (original packaging is not required, but packaging must not be damaged in transit)

You notify us before returning and receive confirmation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect (e.g. missing button or poor stitching) before washing or using it, please contact us at wrl@whiteroselinen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Items that have been washed, worn, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
